"Amazing service! It is a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT station and the beds could be a touch softer, but otherwise excellent everything. Breakfast options varied with some constant and others changing daily, for example same congee, scrambled eggs and salad offfering every day but different broth soup and “entree” type dishes every day. Lots of restaurant options around hotel. Highly recommended if distance away from an MRT (about a 10 minute walk) is not a dealbreaker. "

"Very nice designed hotel with very helpful staff... feel so at home there. Short walk to Hua Shan Creative park. But other than that, u’ve Got to know Taipei well to know how to navigate from there..."

"We have stayed at Taipei's First Hotel for over 25 years. It is very centrally located and convenient. A subway stop is 2 blocks away. The Deluxe rooms are good value for the price. They are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We continue to choose this hotel for our stays in Taipei."

"Hotel situated at prime location for shopping and dining. Walkable and close to metro stations. Staff were professional, polite, recognized & greeted me whenever I came back to the hotel. My room was clean, quiet and elegant. When I visited in December 2024 - hotel seemed not to have centralized heating. I had to request for extra blanket unfortunately it did not keep me warm. I had to request heater for my room when i was sleeping. All my years of travel from Canada - this is the very time I felt cold staying at a hotel. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay."
