Staff was excellent and so helpful. Cate and Lynn helped us with so many ideas for sightseeing and made several phone calls to check on hours and prices for us. I highly recommend this hotel. Everyone was so helpful. The breakfast , and coffee machine and afternoon snacks were delicious

Pros: very good service, clean rooms, and equipped with good facilities. I requested a room on higher floors and they were able to provide it. It provides free breakfast and the dishes were different every day. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Cons: transportation wise it is quite inconvenient, as it is a 15-minute walk from any nearby metro stations. The bus routes nearby are also not frequent, but it is quite close to Taipei Main Station so it's quite easy to get to and from the airport or other cities. The soundproof is quite bad as we often hear noises from the drains/pipe from the room upstairs at night. I would recommend staying here as it offers great service and the room is of decent quality, while the price is relatively lower than other hotels in central Taipei. However, you may need to be prepared to take more bus rides/taxi rides.

Walkable to many point of interest. Only 20 min walk to Taipei’s main transportation hub. Good value hotel! Very good customer service! We request to add a roll in bed and it was ready when we arrived in the morning. Free early check in is a big surprise for local standards. Good quality breakfast. And free snacks in the evening.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and plan to use it again during my next trip to Taiwan. I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by the following staff members: Lynn, Mei, Sally, Carlos, and Eddie. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and offered outstanding hospitality. However, I do have one suggestion for hotel management: it would be beneficial to allow international travelers who arrive early after long flights to check in ahead of the standard time. I was disappointed that we were not permitted to check in early, especially after a 15-hour flight from the U.S. While I understand this may be company policy, it would be considerate to revisit and revise it to accommodate those traveling from such long distances.

Nice hotel! Incredible customer service! Comfortable bed. You can tell the property is aging a bit from the carpet in the room and some other small details too. But still a good hotel. The little grey chair/sofa in the room is definitely not a comfortable place to sit though. There is a service self machine for tiny lattes, mochas, and hot chocolates in the lobby but it would be great to have just regular coffee available also. The walkable option to purchase a coffee feel a bit far for early morning, so it would be great to have this amenity either in the rooms or lobby.

Amazing customer service
This is a real gem for customer service, the front of house team are all super welcoming and helpful. There is a free laundry room and they give free snacks and noodle pots after 9pm in the bar area. Our room was a really good size and bed comfy. We were at the front of the hotel which was a little noisy but i had ear plugs so wasn’t a big problem. Reception also give free ear plugs if needed. Few mins walk to lots of food & drink options & metro lines.You get a lot for your money here, greeat stay.

Great stay at this hotel - very clean, staff were kind, got snacks, there were midnight snacks offered and the breakfast selection was different everyday and I was well fed. Walkable to an MTR station (maybe 8-10 min?) and close to convenient stores and restaurants that stay open until late. Quiet area and not hectic at all and felt very safe. Would highly recommend and would stay again!
