Hygiene conditions is the worst that i ever experienced. Especially the floor carpet is really really really dirty. The receptionist over the counter is nice and professional. The overall breakfast is acceptable and good situation.

Excellent breakfast choice and good restaurants in the hotel as well as nearby. Very responsive staff who were very helpful and many spoke English (sorry my Mandarin is so poor!). Rooms were very good standard, very well cleaned and serviced. Even though this is a large hotel it was so well organised. And it is central and near good shopping and night markets as well as within walking distance from the main museums and tourist spots. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we came back again!
