"I noticed that some rooms having heated toilet seats but some not having as I had stayed in different rooms. Rm 1802 is much better than Rm 1318, according to my experience. The concierge staff are very helpful and wonderful."

"Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but the suite we were in was not clean and had a stale sewage odor. The reception staff addressed the issue the following day. The hotel staff were generally helpful and polite, but the building felt dated, and we had to share the lifts with office workers in the morning."

"The hotel appearance is nice and looks like a 5-star hotel. However, it needs to do some upgrade of the carpets due to normal wear and tear. In general, the hotel is nice and the price is very decent."
