"The hotel charged me $10 USD for using three tea bags. There was no sign in the room telling me the possible charge. In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice. "Terrible stay ,10 mosquitoes bite form the first night, after 16 hours flight from New York, too tired to call for help. NOT a 5 stars hotel, No free breakfast included, although I paid for it. Far away from city center, The man who did the check-in for me, did not return my credit card and almost lost by his fault. Noisy at night because KTV on 3 and 4th flor. Will not stay here again"

"Hotel hardware is too old and cleanliness is really questionable. Breakfast offering is very very cheap. more than an hour before service closing, all trays appear pretty well empty although it makes no difference whether they are stuffed as the food quality is so unacceptable. Nothing to go around in the hotel vicinity, simply put - dead. Wifif is snail pace if it ever exists !!"
