"Wonderful experience staying at the Milner in York. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is beautiful and exudes a calm and tranquil vibe. The superior twin room was spotless and very comfortable. Very large modern and bright bathroom and wide access rainfall shower. The lighting in the room was a bit dim for me but may suit others. "The room was beautiful. One of the reasons we chose to upgrade was for the roll top bath but the bathroom was really cold. The whole room was pretty cold but the bathroom floor was very cold. We were due to get robes and slippers but only had 1 pair so had to share. Im assuming it's cold due to the windows being old with them wanting to keep with the traditional feel but you shouldn't feel too cold to get changed when you're staying in a nice hotel.
