"Great hotel very friendly and helpful staff"

"When the fire alarm went off at 4 am on New Years Day, the staff were quite quick to help evacuate the premises and kept people informed. There was no fire and we were quickly allowed back to our rooms. One thing I was not impressed with was that when we booked, there was not information that the swimming pool times were changed. This caused us to change our plans so that my children could go swimming, one reason for choosing this hotel."

"Lovely spacious and comfortable top floor room. Great location for business visit to Emerson’s Green. Quiet peaceful location but only a few minutes walk to the shopping centre. Lovely greeting and very friendly welcome. Good continental breakfast selection and great value too (free!) Will definitely be back. "

"We had a great stay at Compass Inn. The room was lovely and well equipped and the bathroom was sparkling clean and looked new. Rupert kindly assisted us with our heavy bags, all staff were exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended."

"Lovely building, friendly staff, great breakfast, easy parking and plenty of it, lovely smelling toiletries in the bathroom. Only negative for me would be a bit more attention to detail on the cleaning, overall it was good but there were crumbs all around the bedpost when we arrived that hadn’t been dealt with. I’d like to believe it was just something overlooked as the rest of the place was spotless but in the interests of objectivity, I couldn’t ignore it in my review. It wouldn’t put me off coming back :) "
