"I like staying at these APA Hotels when I visit Japan. These hotels are geared for the traveling business folks in Japan where all they need is a place to sleep, shower and shave. The rooms are small but clean. This station is located at the east end of the Shin-Osaka Station and take about 10 minutes to walk to the station. Several eating places around the hotel plus many in the station. "

"I’ve wanted to experience a capsule hotel since I first heard about them when I was in middle school, so when I booked my first trip to Japan I made sure to find one. This capsule hotel is admittedly a little touristy and leans into the gimmick more than being an authentic experience—I mean let’s face it: the name is Ninja and Geisha, the two Japanese words that any tourist knows. That being said, it still was a great experience! It was so clean and comfortable and very easy to check in. The location is very conveniently by the train station making it ideal for a quick overnight stay while traveling. The check in and lounge area has a very cheesy, almost Disney-esque, level of theming, but ya know what? I love it. It was very well done. They are also very accommodating; when I made my booking I requested either a blue or red pod and they responded immediately that it would be guaranteed for me. And sure enough, it was! If you have difficulty climbing, I’d recommend asking for a lower pod because the little metal ladder on the side is pretty difficult to swing yourself over if you’re not too nimble."

"Wonderful business hotel! Not the most spacious but definitely other factors make up for it. Very clean and amenities provided. It’s close to two stations so the location is very convenient. 10/10 recommend for a short stay in Osaka."

"Excellent location and room is big enough. Good customer service. No microwave in rooms in case I need to heat a pre-cooked items bought in shopping area nearby in times where I need it. This hotel is located almost in the Shin Osaka station. Will stay again in the future hopefully they provide even a small microwave. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent job in treating everyone a VIP!"

"It was a great 15 nights stay. Hotel is very near 5 mins walk to subway, jr and bullet train making it easy access to the region. I traveled extensively from here to Kada, Nara, Seto, Hiroshima, Matsue, Hakata, Kyoto & Osaka. You'll not run out of food and convenience stores options here. Also loved the large hot bath (amenities provided), coin laundry, room cleaning service and late checkout option (reasonable fee). Thank you"
