Clean, convenient hotel for a short stay in Osaka
We were staying just one night, so decided to stay near the Shinkansen station - the hotel is inside the station a few metres from the platform which made it super convenient. Efficient check-in. The room is small but perfectly fine for a short stay. There is a chair massager which is a nice touch.

Started out that they really don't have rooms for more than 2 people and we had booked one for 3. Ended up getting 2 rooms, don't believe we were charged extra but will see. The rooms themselves were tiny and the windows into the bathroom and toilet were really wierd, didn't like that at all. Must be targeted for single people staying overnight with little or no luggage as there was no room to stash luggage or putting out toiletries in the bathroom. Wouldn't really recommend going to this hotel.

当日チェックインの際に、チェックイン機がシステムダウンしてしまい、なかなかチェックインできないというアクシデントがありました。 宿泊予約客の中には文句を言っている方もいましたが、ホテルスタッフの方々に誠意ある対応をしていただいたので、個人的には特に不満・不便はありませんでした。 また泊まってみたいと思っています。

ライブ参戦で利用。 駅に直結しているので、新幹線降りて直ぐにホテルに荷物を預けてドームへ。部屋にはマッサージチェアがあり、1日の疲れを取るのに最適でした。また利用すると思います。
