"Fantastic location and very welcoming. Staff were lovely. Room was large and clean. Recommendation's are to offer a choice of pillow's as I found them way too firm but this is a personal choice. It would be great if they could find a way to offer breakfast. Would definitely stay here again."

"Love the hotel and have stayed before, love the rooms, noticed some cleaning issues that we alerted staff whom immediately upgraded us and we was happy Breakfast service, server not very friendly Would have liked some toast with our full English. Overall 8 out of 10 would go back"

"We were able to check in early, which was very appreciated! Initially we were given a room that smelled bad, but when I spoke to the front desk they immediately offered to move us to another room. Very happy with the attentiveness of the staff and the quality and comfort of the room. Location is perfectly situated in Oxford."
