"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff at check in desk were very efficient. The buffet style breakfast was good on the first morning (Sunday) but on the Monday morning they had run out of several basic food items and there was a wait for clean plates and cutlery."

"We only spent 1 night here. The room was comfortable, adequate space. Bathroom was nice but only body wash; no shampoo/conditioner. Registration form to fill out at check-in that we didn't encounter at other places we stayed at. About a 15 minute walk from downtown Oxford."

"Overall a nice hotel with lovely team members, can't fault them one bit, but, £30 per night per dog to stay at this hotel and to be told we cannot eat in the restaurant as the dog cant go on carpetted areas, as well having to provide our own dog bedding and towels is not what we were expecting. The dog wasn't even allowed to be showered if he got dirty, but we could be charged for cleanliness issues in the waiver we signed. We were given £3-4 worth of treats poo bags and toys on arrival,...

"Very good overall, food good, accomodation good, we stayed saturday & sunday night but didnt realise that sunday night the restaurant closed at 6 and the pub closed at 8pm, probably our own fault for not reading the blurb properly, but still alittle disappointing when in a hotel not close to anything else."
