Pretty average. I booked bed and dinner. Some waiters didn’t speak English and then when I asked what’s included in the pre paid dinner no one seemed to know. Fridges in the room taken out. No coffee pods for the coffee machine in room. LEDS hanging out under sink. Just looked like staff weren’t interested

Everything was very good except the in room phone did not work. As I am disabled this contradicted their emergency plan. Shower soap placed in difficult location when using shower seat.

Welcoming and Comfortable
The Reception Staff and Restaurant Staff were always helpful kind and courteous. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. One slight criticism is that there was no rail to hang any towels in the bathroom

Parking Tickets - Beware
No one reminded me when checking in to input my car details to avoid receiving a parking ticket. This was my first time staying and it was only due to a colleague that I avoided a parking ticket. Not impressed but otherwise very nice stay.
