"The stay was to see an oral surgeon for my husband. After oral surgery, my husband & I returned to your hotel. We found the hotel to have no wheelchair. My husband was still whoozy from the anesthesia. We needed a wheel chair. I finally had my husband slowly walk while holding on to a luggage cart. Took a long while to get him to the 3rd floor. Any second, he could have fallen. I hope you will reconsider having at least one available for injured guests."

"Casa Ordonez does not disappoint! Located at the end of a residential street about 2 miles from Winter Park's center this lovely two bedroom cottage has been lovingly built and decorated by Jose and Nuria. The clerestory and skylights provide natural light throughout the day, the private patio with colorful pots offer a nice respite for a glass of wine or an early morning cup of coffee. The kitchen is well appointed and everything feels brand new, the beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels...

"Beautiful and it has just about everything you need. We enjoyed being so close to all the things going on downtown. I would definitely return to this property with friends or family because its so accommodating to everyone's needs and felt like i was in my own home!!"
