"I had a wonderful stay! I felt SAFE and taken care of! I also come with 2 service dogs which is not an issue! ALWAYS someone to open my door! I did have a concern and it was addressed and eliminated immediately by their front desk employees and onsite Manager, Maria. She is professional and very knowledgable of the hospitality Industry and applies it to every guest like extending my checkout time! I felt like I was home! Room service was fast, delicious, and the food was excellent! Definitely will RETURN as soon as I can!"

"This is a nice historic hotel located right in the middle of downtown Winter Park on Park Av. Valet parking is a must. The standard room ( what we stayed in) reflects the basic nature of rooms from the past. The A/C is very quiet and queen sized bed comfortable. If you are going to stay very long, spring for a Suite w/King-sized bed and a sitting area."

"Celebrated a UCF Graduate. The layout of the house was perfect with two different living spaces, large table for cards/games and the pool area was beautiful and big enough for all of us to gather and swim. "

"My husband, four children, brother-in-law, and niece had a lovely stay at this property. The children screamed with delight as they went room to room exploring the themes. The kids loved playing the arcade game and air hockey table. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. And if someone really needed some quiet time, they went to Castaway Island. We had to contact the host about something and he replied very promptly. The house is off a very busy road, so the front bedrooms were noisy. But those rooms came with sound machines. Our best sleepers took those rooms and had no complaints. The host does have a separate contract that must be agreed upon to finalize the booking. It was fine for us because we were planning to spend most of our time out with family. But future renters may want to inquire about this before booking depending on what they are planning for their trip. It was a lovely house with lots of thought and care put into it. I always love when light switches and remotes are labeled. We felt like we were at home right away. Highly recommend! "
