"When we went to check into our room they were unable to make keys for us. This apparently happens quite a bit, which is insane that they would not correct this problem. We never received keys until the next morning after the manager arrived at 9. So we had to have the person let us into our room and wait around so she could open the pool gate for us and we could just come and go as we pleased. Other than this problem the room was great and spacious and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We...

"Great spacious room. I knew it had a kitchen but was unaware it had all the supplies to cook and clean with it was a nice surprise. Bed was super comfortable but did make alot of noise with movement. The bathroom was huge with a huge tub both me and my husband enjoyed the jetted tub together with plenty of room to spare. Sofa is not so comfortable to sit on but was nice to have the extra pull out bed."

"The stay was very nice. My only tiny complaint was that upon check in we were told that the pool and hot tub were open untill 11:00 pm and at found out that they were closed at ten when we tried to go soak at ten fifteen. Other than that it was great"
