The heating system is so freaking loud, everytime it began working woke us up. Even if you turn your's off, the heating system from room´s next to ours kept waking us up all night. Impossible to sleep. They should invest in silent systems.... HORRIBLE NIGHT!

Really enjoyed the mineral springs pool and jacuzzi. The steam room and sauna were really clean and working well. Really nice room. Great property will definitely return. Gentleman at check in was knowledgeable and friendly. Had an excellent Swedish massage at Wilkinsons and delicious meal at Bricco Osteria and Bar.

Overall good value. The pool is small but still enjoyable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms that are not overlooking the courtyard are sunny and comfortable. Some rooms are dark and not cozy (the first floor, courtyard).

It was such a wonderful experience to soak in an 85°F hot spring pool while enjoying the ambiance of a cloudy sky and light showers at 50°F. We loved the hot springs pool, and our granddaughters enjoyed it just as much—our younger granddaughter even had her first swim here! The room was clean and well-insulated from street noise, offering a peaceful stay. A short 5-minute walk brought us to a pizza place, and the location itself was very quiet and relaxing. The service was exceptional, and our granddaughters had a great time chatting with David. They especially loved the hot chocolate offered here. This place is the best value in Calistoga, and we can’t wait to return!
