The desk staff at this hotel are very friendly. Two gentleman in particular are very good at the check in process and helping you get aligned with dining options in the area and hotel amenities. If you like to workout or exercise at hotel fitness rooms, you will be disappointed by what is offered, but most hotels are not great in this category. The breakfast is typical fair that you have come to expect with mid-priced, nice hotels. Parking is safe with gated exit and plenty of spots. You can easily walk to downtown Windsor and eat at several different restaurants around the main green square. Some of the food is very good.

We only stayed one night so not a lot of time to see all that is offered, but check in/out was super easy. Employees were all courteous and helpful. I did not hear any other guests even though there were many others there. And who can say no to a free breakfast? We really enjoyed our short stay.

The staff was so helpful when my elderly mother needed a night to stay over during construction. The staff brought her a stool to get up on the bed and helped her with making coffee in room. Going beyond the job to make her comfortable. Grateful for that help

Clean property, Quiet, comfortable bed, love the patio, walking distance from restaurants. They had zero snacks in the lobby. A couple bottles of water and some oatmeal. I had to fend for myself to eat that night when I would’ve preferred to just grab a couple of snacks. The guy on duty said we need to make another run to Costco.
