"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

"It was a great stay! My only gripe was we had a keurig in the room with kcups but no cream or sugar to be found. No big deal though. Just waited until we went for breakfast and got some downstairs."

And to walk to the Heinz History Center & the Pirates' game. Many other options for food & entertainment within walking distance but didn't have time to get to many others."
