No transportation to the PPG arena. the parking garage was very scary. It’s old has boarded walls up. Breakfast was good. The room was neat and clean. They should put signs up in the hallways though to direct people to the lobby and the swimming pool.

The staff was not as helpful as you would expect. We asked for an extra pillow and they said they didn't have any. We lost money in a vending machine that they said they weren't responsible for and when we asked them to put up a sign to warn others it took them over a day to do it. There were no do not disturb signs to put out on your door and there was an order in the hotel that was not pleasant. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was good.
