My family and I visited downtown Pittsburgh over Christmas week(23-25). The staff at the front desk although very busy upon our arrival, maintained smiles, pleasant demeanures and offered their local knowledge of the area including local eating establishments, notable attractions and helpful tips to use throughout our stay. The staff preparing and serving the meals were always very helpful and friendly at all times. The staff at the 4th District Restaurant were very helpful assisting us in beverages that were available to us as part of our stay instead of selling us beverages. I felt very safe and welcomed during our stay. The facility was clean, our beds were made daily, and linens promptly restocked as we were out sight seeing during the day.

Loved my stay in Pittsburgh Drury Plaza Hotel. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel was an easy walk to PPG Paints Arena and The Strip District.
