"We stayed for one night during our anniversary weekend and had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our dinners were unique to the restaurant and really delicious. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming, the room was clean and had what we needed. The history of the hotel is neat so if you like staying in places with a little history to it, this is definitely the place. "

"My wife and I stayed at The Priory for 3 days in March, and had room with a king size bed. This was our second time at The Priory. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room, and in particular the bed, is very comfortable. There is a very small "pub" located off of the lobby (the Monk's bar) that is a great spot to grab a few cocktails in the evening. "The breakfast was very good including the coffee (not everyone has good coffee). There is plenty of off street parking in a secure and well lit parking lot behind the building. There are actually 2 buildings and one appears to be all suites. I suggest you request a room in the suite building. You might also request a room towards the back of the building as street noise could be an issue for those who are light sleepers. Finally, if you plan to visit the wineries in the area plan to do so early...

"The owner & staff were very helpful, friendly & polite. They are under renovation so I did hear some noise. I would have liked having a longer hot shower- only had hot water for about 4-5 minutes. Also, would have liked to see a little more offered at the breakfast, like something easy to take with me instead of having to sit there to make waffles & eat there."
