"Being by Grand Central Station, the trains are very close and available to use. The staff at the Westin Grand is peerless. I honked in after a full day of NYC tourist events and the floor manager brought me a bag of ice. And the concierge was relentless in helping us to find our was. Best of all the desk workers were extremely helpful and kind. "
