"I always like to stay at St Paul’s Hotel when I’m visiting London. The staff are extremely helpful and cordial. Von this trip, I loved the room I was in - no noise just relaxing! In past years, I’ve stayed at other 4/5 Star hotels which I enjoyed but this is far the best! Just one concern - I would like to see a few more channels on TV. Thank you"

"Hotel staff was very friendly. Restaurants, shopping, London Underground were all nearby. Everything was at a walkable distance. The rooms are a bit bigger than most boutique hotels I’ve seen. Will say that room service never changed the sheets when asked to clean the rooms. Sheets became noticeably dirty after staying a week."

"Stayed for a week in Spring 2025 in a standard room, 2 people. We were full-on tourists add day long, so we basically only slept in the hotel. Loved: the place was very clean and we were surprised to have house-keeping every day. The staff we encountered were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. "Friendly service at the front desk. The room was clean and a good size for a solo traveler. The bed was large but found to be two beds put together with a gap in the middle which can be a little uncomfortable. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to stay for the free breakfast. "

"Decent hotel. Perfect if you’re seeing a performance at the nearby Eventim Apollo as we were. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice. Check in and out was seamless. Rooms are comfortable enough but feel quite dated with drab colours. "
