"Everything was fine, it was a shame the continental breakfast started at 4am as we needed to ideally leave few minutes before. I was a little miffed by the receptionist in the morning, I asked if I could but something from the shop about 20yds opposite, she said yes that's fine. I picked it up some toothpaste to pay at reception, who in turn curtly said, no I'd have to wait until the staff that run the shop are there. There was no staff there at the shop, the receptionist couldn't take my money, and I had no time to wait, so I had to put it back. The receptionist should of told me that I'd have to wait until the staff from the shop outlet was there to serve me, had she of done I wouldn't of bothered to walk over to the shop, to walk to the reception, then back to the shop outlet to put the toothpaste back, also as mentioned previously, I thought the receptionist was a bit curt, hence the 4 star rating on staff. "
