"Great stay as always, I had a lovely room (101) I dined in the restaurant and had a lovely Sunday roast. The staff are friendly and I'd like to single out Kirsty. I had a problem sleeping and once I was awake, I heard music coming from downstairs. Once I heard it, I couldn't unhear it so to speak. I was awake for well over an hour from 03:45 to 05:00. That won't put me off staying again."

"Room was comfortable. Plenty towels and shampoo etc. Good food. Reception staff helpful. Lovely view of the Thames. Could do with hooks behind the door to hang coats on and a few coat hangers in the wardrobe! Inside of cupboard, very dusty."
