"They had 2 large tvs, but no cable channels. There was a stationary bike in our room that I enjoyed. The breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy"

"One very creaky elevator with ratty carpet worked. We were told the other had been out of service for months. Cleaners knocked on our door before 8am and were grousing to each other in elevator about short staff and needing to clean 20 rooms- not exactly a “Bonvoy” experience."
