We really enjoyed our stay. This location is away from the main stetch. Exactly what we wanted. Nice bar/lounge restaurant. Beautiful views without the noise of the main stretch.

The property was in obvious need of downtime maintenance as this was not the busy season. Room had a dead door which caused me to be locked out of room. I had to call 2x for maintenance. Hotel is located northside of Virginia Beach away from regularly crowded area. It's nice if you like a quieter area. Hotel is right on the beach with almost the feeling of a private beach. Though we couldn't take advantage of a restaurant on the main floor, it's convenient if you don't want to drive for food. However building seems very old though decently maintained. Overall, our experience was good.

When I walked in to check-in the entry was spotless and the front desk staff was smilingly and friendly. They even laughed at my attempts at humor convincingly too! From there on my experience was just as awesome. I will definitely stay here again.

I would never stay here again. First, they overbooked, so the King bed I paid for ended up being two Queens. Very uncomfortable beds, so I slept horribly. The bathtub had missing ceramic in several spots, trim was broken off in doorways, baseboards were missing/broken, the couch was incredibly uncomfortable/very firm, the balcony doors were very difficult to open, and no amenities such as plates or cups in the kitchenette. The gym was small and afforded little room to lay a mat, but mats were available. There was no water in the water refill station. Finally, don’t believe the disclaimer on this app that says pets stay for free. There is a $25/pet fee they charged. Stay somewhere else!

Chose this hotel for a two night stay over several others for size of room for my family of five, good location, free parking and price per night. Mostly satisfied with our choice. The suite had some issues upon arrival such as the sink in the bathroom being clogged and the two small refrigerators not working that well due to ice buildup. Also, our suite had no glasses, dishes or silverware. We were able to borrow those from the restaurant and return what we used after we were done with them. The indoor pool was not heated so it was too cold us to swim in it. The jacuzzi next to the pool was fine though. Maintenance repaired the sink and programmed one of the two TV's that weren't working. What we really liked was we were able to walk to our room through the hotel directly to the beach. There was a stairs to the beach and a shower for rinsing off sand. We were also able to easily exchange our used bath towels for new ones. The staff was friendly and were able to accommodate most of our requests. Our suite also had two balconies and ocean view which we liked.

We have really come to love this property. It is in a great location and has a restaurant that is open for every meal. The day bartender is a really good employee and we enjoy her service every time. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very much a great price.

Good customer service (reception desk employees). Plenty of onsite safe parking. Restaurant had friendly team members, and the food was good and fairly priced. Attention was paid to cleaning the first floor and elevators. Patio and beach were clean and easily accessed. Unfortunately, room cleaning service was only partially done during the four days stay. Found sand in the sheets of the bed on the first night's stay. At least room service replaced the sheets that same night. Trash was not removed during the stay, bathroom was not cleaned every day, and towels were not replaced. There were no luggage stands to put suitcases on. Also, piles of dirty sheets and towels from other rooms were left in the hallway during the day.
