Great property and excellent staff.

"There are so many good things to say about the property such as hire great the staff are, very welcoming. Rooms were clean, loads of room and the amenities inside were excellent. The top features were that there was a great selection on the tv including sky sports, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and portion size is good. The only one thing I didn’t like was that the bed was a little hard for my liking."

Perfect Stay & Holiday

"We had a lovely 7 night stay at Sunset Harbour. The apartments had recently been renovated to a high standard. The filtered water tap in the kitchen a thoughtful addition and saves lugging water upstairs! Sun terrace a good size - enough for a table & 4 chairs plus 2 sun loungers. The pool area was clean and not overrun with sun loungers. The booking system for loungers was sensible so no early morning scramble. Plenty places to eat & drink nearby. We’ll certainly be back 😎"

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. The Best hotel in the canary islands by a country mile. I’ve visited the hotel time and time again and it never fails to impress. It’s a home away from home. A huge thank you to Zaira, Victoria, Irene, Eli and Daniel in Casas Ducales. Excellent service as always, thank you. We look forward to seeing you all again in May. "The staff were great, whenever I reached out to them with a question or something that needed their attention they were prompt in helping me out. The room I stayed was in great condition clean with all the amenities I was expecting. Overall I would recommend this hotel."
