"Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. The rooms don’t have air conditioning which would be an overall improvement but two fans were provided which made it manageable. The value for money is the...

"This place was absolutely terrible. No siting except deck chairs. Bed was damp. Little cooking falcilities. Outside area looked like someone was adjacent to us. Rubble and tac in balcony. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. In fact we checked out the next day."

"We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again to the apartment "

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"Great apartment in a good location. Very handy for many things to make your holiday great. It’s amazing to be able to walk to the water park and Siam mall. Multiple supermarkets are close and lots of excursion and eating options as well as the beaches. Downsides to be aware of, although they didn’t spoil the holiday for us, are the very loud live music bar next door and the lack of parasol shade around the pool area. "Fantastic views from this 11th story apartment with wonderful wrap around balcony. Lovely swimming pool with sunbeds but no soft mattresses. Great location on the strip with bars and restaurants. Certain parts of the Apartment rather cluttered with to many personal bits which impacted our own storage a lot of the accessories for personal use old and well worn. Certain cleaning aspects on arrival not up to our satisfaction. With a bit more attention to detail this apartment could be 5 star"

" Lots of pluses. Apartment and complex were beautiful and just perfect. Superb pool. Quiet throughout. Great but simple security throughout. Only minus was location was a long walk from bars etc. However the bar and restaurant around the pool was open til 9.00 every night and was good value. We would very much recommend Adeje Paradise complex to anyone."

"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...
