"Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. "We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again to the apartment "

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"This place was absolutely terrible. No siting except deck chairs. Bed was damp. Little cooking falcilities. Outside area looked like someone was adjacent to us. Rubble and tac in balcony. I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. In fact we checked out the next day."

"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"We wanted somewhere quiet to unwind . The area was perfect . Lots of nice restaurants . The apartment was excellent for location . The view from our breakfast / lunch / verandah was simply unbeatable . The bedroom was a little small but everything else more than compensated . Great place and would absolutely recommend it "

" Lots of pluses. Apartment and complex were beautiful and just perfect. Superb pool. Quiet throughout. Great but simple security throughout. Only minus was location was a long walk from bars etc. However the bar and restaurant around the pool was open til 9.00 every night and was good value. We would very much recommend Adeje Paradise complex to anyone."

"This apartment is advertised as luxury.. it is NOT Positives…clean, spacious balcony, fabulous view. Quiet complex, lovely pool. Plenty of kitchen equipment, good supply of hot water for showers, double bed, English channels on tv including Netflix Negatives…. Umbrella and patio cushions have mildew on them Kitchen needs to be ripped out as it’s falling apart. Tap was leaking which caused the cupboard underneath it to be damp and to smell, door handles need to be replaced as they are falling...
