"I have stayed there before although the last time was about 8-9 months ago. Something new this time was a sign at reception saying guests had to pay a per night parking fee or risk getting a ticket. That was definitely not there last time and I didn't even notice the sign until I checked out. Funny it wasn't mentioned upon check in. I didn't get a ticket and wonder who would be issuing the ticket? The hotel? The city? Or is it a scam hoping people will read the sign and then pay which...
