"Always stay at this hotel during my business trips to Vancouver. Perfect location to get around and lots to do in the area. BONUS if you have a electric vehicle, their valet is great for recharging daily free of costs (have to pay for valet). I had to takeaway 1 star this time because the keycard for my Tesla was kept with Valet when I had checked out, so unfortunately left for the airport and had to pay a $50 to replace the keycard the Hotel kept...unnecessary expense on my end when Valet...

"Great location , staff and service. All staff interaction was great. Staff are professional and look the part , they are also extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and it was delivered right away with a cheerful smile. Got the pleasure of talking to Vikrant the FOM , he put the cherry on top with great customer service and brand representation at checkout. Hats off to the team and management Would definitely recommend and would stay there again"
