Checking out at 10 am is a joke. The pool & hot tub are small. The front door of the room had no barrier to prevent the noise from the corridors, as a result the room was noisy from all the conversations from the corridors and even the housekeepers were talking loudly. The blanket on the bed had a cover that felt worn out and hurt my skin so much that I slept without it. Overall, disappointing experience.

There was an issue with noisy neighbours who actually phoned me as well in the middle of the night. The staff reimbursed me for that one night and were apologetic. However, I still find it troubling that one guest is able to call another guest's room without first going through the front desk switchboard. Thanks.
