"I really loved my stay at this property, Zaida at the check-in desk was extremely helpful. I will say that the room conditions were amazing but not immaculate, there were a lot of scratches on the kitchen counter and one of the outlets did not work. However, overall it was quite a pleasant stay with a beautiful room and view."

"The Shorthills is very convenient, the facilities are good and the food is excellent. However, I changed my plans and only stayed 4 nights and not 5 and they refused to refund me, as I was an expedia customer. Also, since I last stayed there they have stopped doing a continental buffet breakfast and its order only, which is not great in the morning when you are in a rush. "

"Superb hotel. Very central location yet quiet. We had a large room with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Great aircon which we needed because it was hot 🔥 Hotel has been recently remodelled so not at all worn out like many NYC hotels. Will def be back"
