"If you're used to box-standard, soulless hotel service, this may not be the place for you. My wife and I spent a week here and by the time we left were referring to the staff as our Superfriends because they were so warm, helpful, friendly and made the place feel like home for us. It is also clear that being there is more than a job for them - they give the place such a constant personal touch. Can't say enough about them. The hotel itself is beautiful - minimalist architecture/setup...
