"All the reviews do not do this house justice. It is stunning! All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have gorgeous showers and baths. The living area is open and the kitchen well stocked. The pool area is lovely and the bonus of a roof terrace with full sun all day was great. The house feels very welcoming and the bikes were great fun. Our house Alaya could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She made our stay even more memorable. I cannot recommend highly enough and we hope to return...

"Elements is located very close to everything you need. You can walk to the centre of Tulum, restaurants, 15 minutes to the beach via bike, shopping and tours are all very convenient. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, informative and helpful. Great experience."

I love the host and the room but to be honest I will stay in the hotel zone as taxis are super expensive and the best things to do are the ruins (in either location you will have to bike or take a taxi) and walk down the hotel zone. If you choose to stay in the town there is not a better place than this hotel. It is conveniently located between the bus stops and the environment is great! "
