"For some reason my reservation didn't show up in the system when i arrived, but the staff handled it professionally and provided me an upgrade so I was happy. The room was comfortable, with nice linens and other nice touches, like a variety of teas, q tips, and fancy shampoo and conditioner. All of the staff were very nice, and spoke perfect English (and other languages) and provided helpful tips for my visit. The hotel is in a convenient location where it's located near the nice grocery store...

"Mimosa was a nice hostel / hotel in a really convenient location. Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. The pool was down when we were there but it looks like they were fixing it. Also, there was a big storm when we were there. The electricity went out but they came around with candles which was really helpful! "

"This property was great. It was away from the hotel zone, but an easy walk to the beach, near grocery shopping, super affordable and the hotel had a shared rooftop pool, gym and our room included a kitchen and upstairs more private pool. It was walkable from the Tulum bus station and very close to the meet up spot for our tours and to the city center. When we got there it was listed as room 323B, but that does not exist. "It was quiet, beautiful, and small. It's one street off the main shopping area so it doesn't get too loud. However, there were a couple of roosters letting us know that it was 4:30am. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. "
