"This was our first time in Tulum! The Hotel was very nice! Staff was very helpful and kind! Room was nice and breakfast was excellent! Only complaints was the Rooster that started to crow at 4:30 in the morning and had to ask to have room made up. But other than that it was in a great location for us, within walking distance to shopping and great restaurants! We would return here again!"

"Not a great facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it has a good vibe. But the pool is right outside your front door and it is kind of odd. Not a well designed place, but the friendliness of the staff mostly overcome that, at least for a night or two."

"Beautiful serene oasis with kind, friendly and helpful staff. Guadalupe and Shiomara were just great and assisted us with sites to see in the area, restaurants and currency exchange sites. We liked the Ananda restaurant as well and access to the sister Hotel Bardo and the yoga and Qi Gong classes was much appreciated. Our couples massage and complimentary wine after was just what we needed to finish our stay. Absolutely wonderful place and experience! "
