"On booking with hotels.com we had booked for a superior room on check at the hotel they tried to fob us us with a standard double Was charged extra on breakfast for latte on our room service which we had to ring reception for as it was late when it arrived it looked terrible everything wrapped in cling film the ev chargers are next to useless not easy to pay on the card over stay charges etc although not belonging to the hotel they need to take some responsibility for this service especially...
