Very convenient for Watford town centre. Nice bar area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel really quite tired with a very squishy bed. Location and staff make this hotel but wouldn’t want to pay the £80 price that it seems to be on some nights.

The hotel was warm and clean. The parking is convenient. It’s very close to the centre. Staff have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s good for short stays

The hotel is well located and the team at the front desk and the resturant are very friendly. But this is a very basic amenities hotel, the bed is terrible and even when you ask them to clean your room, they refuse to clean it. We had to change our room. The 1st room felt very old. The new room was better but had very poor views. I would not stay at this hotel again

Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and warm. The location is central. The discount for parking in the public car park rather than the hotel car park was very reasonable. The car park was just as close as the hotel car park but with lots more space.
