"What a LOVELY stay! Very professionally managed hotel with wonderful services, great food and super-friendly staff. After 3 days there, it was hard to leave and I don't feel that way very often about a hotel. We love historic properties and this one did not disappoint us. We'd go back again in a heartbeat! "

"Stayed for work trip. I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The room was suitable for my needs, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities look great. The service for the most part was lovely, apart from one encounter when I was confronted for being in the hotel in my work clothes (only part of my works clothes I was still wearing were hi-vis trousers, but clean and neat. In reception having just come in from the day). I don't mind this, if there's a way they'd like...
