"I stayed in the Deluxe Double facing the front on the 4th floor. Service was great, the Western breakfast was eggs cooked to order, toast, fresh orange juice and coffee/cream. The location is 10 minutes from Terminal 2 Departure. The room was modern, immaculate and spacious. There is an attached Vietnamese restaurant which was convenient. Great transit hotel for Vietnam."

"First of all, excellent service. They thought of everything before you even asked - bought show ticket for me because they knew the line is long, reminded me to get ready for Ha Long Bay pickup, arranged transportation, offered shower before midnight flight, how to eat local food, currency exchange, etc. Tips and advice on everything. This made my short 3 day-2 night stay so easy and efficient. Staff always friendly and helpful. Restaurant is great too, food, decor and ambience. I ate breakfast and two dinners there. "

"Everything was as advertised and even exceeded the expectations. I even got upgraded to a better room for free. Room was big, clean and very nicely decorated, and very cozy, as all the hotel was. The service was great, starting from the reception (Anna did the check-in and welcomed me) and the service in the restaurant."
