"I stay here regularly I find it well positioned for walking and public transport. It has excellent on site parking, which is rare in Liverpool. The staff at the hotel hit absolutely the right level of friendliness and being accommodating. The restaurant serves great food at a reasonable price. All round a fabulous hotel. "

"Fabulous hotel set in a beautifully furnished original old building maintaining all the beauty & characteristics of the property whilst still offering all the modern amenities you would expect from the hotel. The staff are all extremely friendly welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a brilliant experience whilst staying with them. If you have any disabilities they are fantastic & very helpful & considerate towards you. I had a small accident on the last day off are stay. which i had to attend A&E for. Thus extended are stay by a few extra days but the staff were all very caring understanding and considerate towards myself and my daughter. We will definitely be staying with them every time we go to Liverpool from now on. "
