"I have stayed here numerous times to go to Bongos Bingo as it is only a short distance walk to cains brewary. The hotel is clean but the rooms could do with an update but can’t complain when we get a good price . The reception area, bar and restaurant are lovely and the food is great. Parking being free is also a real bonus "

"Excellent 2 day stay. Clean, very comfortable rooms. Breakfast on both days was very good with a great selection of food. Waiting staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately the female member of staff at the reception who booked us in and out appeared miserable and unhappy at her work! Perhaps she needs to work with the waiting staff for a while to learn more about customer service !! Overall an excellent hotel in a great location. "
