"Enjoyed staying here. Had a family room with two bedrooms. When we first checked in found that our room had 4 twin beds. Talked to reception and they changed our room to 2 twin beds and 1 double bed which is what we wanted. Breakfast was nice. Nice and close to the train station and our room overlooked the station. We didn't find it noisy. Shower was nice and warm. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of room and beds comfortable "

"The staff were amazing. The room was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the settee wasn't. The room was nice and big, the breakfast was alright but the layout could be looked at for the queue. The pool facilities were good but need some missing tiles replacing, sharp when you caught them. Great location for walking into Chester."

"The hotel was very comfortable. Outstanding location. The staff was amazing. The room was quite comfortable and spotless. The only negative or possible drawback would be if you have a car you can’t park out front while you check in. There is a garage so parking is readily available. But there’s no Lyft from the garage to the hotel and you are required to either walk around or carry your luggage down the stairs. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this property. "Really nice hotel, I had an accessible room Which was very spacious but a brick wall as a view which I already knew so wasn’t a problem. Would’ve been nice to have a window that could open though. "
