"The Grand Prince at Osaka bay was a fantastic experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind and even if you’re Japanese is limited or you know none, they can still assist you. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice with plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend a room looking over the bay so you can see the sunset, it is worth every penny. "Room was modern, clean and spacious. All amenities were provided. Bed was a little hard for our liking but that seems like a standard in Japan. We did not use their restaurants but there is a coffee shop downstairs which was very convenient. Hotel is in an office area but the main tourist area as well as shin osaka is a short subway ride away. We will consider staying here again. "

"This was the first time for us to stay at Centara, but will not be the last. Our family of four chose a family room and it was perfect with the bunkbeds and the king size bed, and the complete design of the room so thoughtful. The staff and the breakfast buffet were very memorable. Thank you for celebrating our 25th anniversary with us as well!"

"Loved this hotel. I was amazed on how much space was in the room. Everything about this hotel was awesome. The area, walking distance to shopping, eateries. The staff was very helpful. The subway station connected to the hotel below which was a plus. USJ about 30 mins away from this hotel when caching a taxi. "
