"The hotel was one of our best experiences overall in Japan. The rooms beautiful and so well equipped, the public baths were amazing and relaxing. Everything was perfectly clean and we felt so welcome. The staff was really on another level. From the moment we stepped in to the moment we drove away in the taxi - the hospitality and kindness was unparalleled. I would definitely stay there again if I revisit Nara. "

"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected.
