"Hotel staff and location are the only things I like about this hotel. A lot of people have mentioned the property is not as clean which I think they're all true. Their profile pictures look a lot nicer and bigger than it actually is. It also has a lot of rules that no many people are mentioning, like A/C can't be over 23C. ALL toilet paper has to go into trash can but they aren't cleaning trash everyday upon requests. Showers should be taken no more than 15 mins. I have no mean that I...

NOTE:: if you are checking in to this Xining Branch before 3pm, you’ve to leave the luggages at the Ximen Branch as there is no counter service. The reception area is also a service area with amenities like water cooler, tidbits and tea bags. Expect no grandeur of a lobby of a hotel as this is just a room only lodging place. "
