"Property was lovely. Our shower door handle was broken. We were never told about yoga on the rooftop and we were not given complementary drinks when we arrived. We would have loved more information upon check-in as we did not know we could use the facilities across the street either. After we checked out we were giving a hard time about our daughter‘s bracelet being off, when we tried to use the rooftop pool. a better system has to be in place other than those plastic uncomfortable bracelets....

"Staff was very friendly and helpful in orienting me to the property and area. My room was unexpectedly huge: it was a suite, with a good size living room to watch tv, dining area, and a kitchenette. The bedroom had a very large closet, and two queen size beds. There is an outdoor pool. Shopping malls and restaurants are just a few blocks away. The beach was about a five minute walk, and the hotel provided free towels and umbrellas for use. If you didn't want to drive into town, a bus stop is...

"Family had a great time at resort. Everything was clean, updated and felt very safe. Having chairs and umbrella provided was fantastic and VERY quick walk between the unit and beach (no streets to cross, just a bike path) meant our tweens had a lot of independence and flexibility to go between adults on the beach and adults in the room. Highly, highly recommend and looking forward to going back already!"

"I booked 11 nights at this resort not realizing that it was a timeshare. The photos online are of an ocean front 2 bedroom deluxe unit, we got a one bedroom, no balcony no view room. At check in, they told us they can move us to a one bedroom with a balcony. We were extremely disappointed. Also had much trouble with internet connection which is terrible on the property. The was amazing but I would like a credit for the first 3 days of my trip. "

"The room was nothing like the pictures or descriptions, small ; dark ; dirty windows ;; no balcony; right before checking in we were notified we would have to vacate after the second day of our 4 nite stay!!!! Memorial Day weekend! We were kicked out !! No place to go . The agent said we’d get a refund for the two days; very little consolation considering there were no rooms available at any decent hotel. The agent was rude; dismissive and seemed to not care . Still waiting for the refund."
