"Did not like the beds which were too hard and the pillow much to large. Back ache every morning. One elevator was broken and the numbers on both of the others did not operate correctly. First room we could not get into as the door lock battery did not work. They switched us to another. No wrist bands either for 2 days. The door handle and lock were broken on our bathroom. We have been several times and the hotel is starting to show it's age. Needs to be better maintained. Love the extra...

"Fabulous hotel close to beach and shopping, room was superb the best we have stayed in for a long while, we got to hotel about 10am but got early check in which was very nice and very kind. A small pool but warm and nice to get in , pools are rare in this area. Manager and staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. Highly recommended and if we go back to Miami would book this hotel 100%. Thanks for making the end of our trip sp enjoyable Grahame & Joanne"
