We waited for over an hour and a half for their airport shuttle to arrive to pick us up. We then got to the hotel at 3:30 and our room was not ready. I was told to sit in the lobby and they’d grab us when it was ready. Finally after over an hour of waiting there I went up and asked and our room had been ready for who knows how long… check in was at 3 and we were traveling with two young children. The staff was nice but it was one thing after another.

Shuttle service from the airport was confusing because there are about 7 similar properties in the area with airport shuttles. We waited and watched several other Holiday Inn Express shuttles come and go for 40 minutes and we still didn't catch the right one. Once on site, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was cheerful and helpful.
