The property is very clean, in a quiet street, not a lot of restaurants or supermarkets.
The shuttle service, had to call three times to get the service. One of the times guy at the front desk answer and was very rude, he kept telling me there was no terminal three and that I had to walk to letter E to be picked up, mind you the guy was not even listening and I kept telling him I had been standing at letter E for the past 15 minutes. We waited like 30 min with my three year old crying and hungry. Then we got to the hotel and was told my room was not ready and I had to bring my own bags to the back office. When they had a room, I ask for a crib. The housekeeper came and drop it off and didn’t even set it up. I just got to say Holiday inn needs to invest in some better cribs like play pens which are much safer and comfortable for babies. This crib was metal and very small, I don’t even know how they charge extra for this. Hotel customer service was terrible, the property was nice.
